What is "Tokyo Sustainable Work Company"?
This is a system in which the Tokyo Metropolitan Government certifies companies that value the work-life balance of their employees while also taking on environmentally friendly initiatives.
Various initiatives will be evaluated, including teleworking, flextime systems, childcare and elderly care support, and paperless operations.
