What is the IT Digital Job Fair?

This is an event hosted by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government with the aim of "securing IT digital talent for companies in Tokyo" and "supporting job seekers in finding employment or changing jobs in the digital industry."
The "IT Digital Job Fair" is open to anyone looking to find employment or change jobs in the IT digital industry, or who wants to advance their careers by utilizing their IT digital skills.
In addition to recruiting new graduates in the spring of 2024 and experienced workers, we will also provide information for new graduates from spring 2025 onwards and introduce open companies. Spring 2024 new graduates and experienced workers can also take an "interview" on the day of the event without going through a document screening process if they wish.
